From November 15 to 16, organized by the Tramy trade union, the group Tianxin company, the warehousing and logistics distribution center and the equipment department respectively held a job skills competition, and the technical experts of the Department competed on the same stage to show their style.

At 1:00 p.m. on November 15, the skills competition for storage, sorting and delivery posts of Tramy group was officially held in the distribution cold storage on the first floor of building 4, phase III of the group. The competition takes vegetable sorting as the competition item, and 10 employees participate in the competition in groups of two to assess the sorting speed of employees and the standard degree of product placement. It is required that the placement should not be chaotic, large should not be pressed small, heavy should not be pressed light, should not exceed the height of the frame, the placement method of special dishes is reasonable (if bean sprouts cannot see light, they must be placed backwards), and the products should not be damaged during sorting or placement. At the competition site, the contestants were calm, smooth and standardized, and carefully and skillfully completed a series of working procedures such as sorting and transportation. The whole competition process was tense and orderly, with a compact rhythm, which was stable, accurate and fast, and fully demonstrated the employees' good business skills. Finally, Zhou Dongsheng and Xu Naian won the first place in the competition, and Li Jun and fan Xiaoyong won the second place in the competition.

 

On the afternoon of November 16, Tramy baked pineapple bag forming post skill competition was held in Tianxin company. This pineapple bag forming post skill competition selected 12 employees in pineapple bag forming post, divided into 4 groups and 3 employees in each group to participate in the competition for pineapple bag forming operation. Assess the work efficiency of employees and the appearance of finished products. It is required that the finished pineapple package has a round and smooth surface, a regular spherical shape, no skew or ellipse, a compact bottom and no large holes. After entering the competition, the contestants operated carefully, performed accurately and skillfully, and fully demonstrated their post skills. After the competition, the on-site judges made a comprehensive summary and score according to the efficiency and beautiful appearance of the finished products. Finally, Zhu Damin, an employee in the pineapple charter room, won the first place, Zhi Jinju won the second place and Li SuoLi won the third place.

 

On the afternoon of November 16, another competition - the welder post skill competition of Tramy equipment department was held at the same time in the equipment department. With the theme of elaborately creating sharp tools and serving many departments, the competition organized 10 experts from the equipment department to participate in the competition. Each person welded 5 stainless steel hand hooks. The competition time was 10 minutes. After the whistle sounded, the employees began welding operation. On the basis of operation efficiency, the focus was to check the welding quality of employees, without skew, gap, bubble, burr and other problems. At the end of the 10 minute operation, the contestants completed the competition with professional and skilled professional skills in accordance with the post operation standards and competition rules. After comprehensive confirmation by the judges, Zhang Yongrong, an employee of the equipment department, won the first place, Deng Fuzhi won the second place and Han Qiankun won the third place.

Through this series of post competition activities, the Tramy trade union further tested and improved the post skills of the Tramy staff team. Next, Tramy production center will analyze the comprehensive level of employees' operation skills according to the performance of employees in this competition, find out the room for improvement, and further optimize the post skills of front-line employees of Tramy.
