On September 28, 2022, the third meeting of the fourth Workers' Congress of Shanghai Tramy Green Food (Group) Co., Ltd. was held in the administrative building of the group. This meeting was chaired by Li Ming, chairman of the trade union of Tramy Group.

At the meeting, Li Ming, chairman of the trade union of Tramy Group, reported that Tramy was awarded the May Day Labor Award in Shanghai. At the same time, the meeting discussed the "Proposal for Innovating the Work of the Tramy Trade Union" and the "Proposal for Comprehensively Improving the Supporting Facilities for Workers' Work". After extensive discussion and exchange, all representatives at the meeting agreed that the two proposals, which are close to the actual life of employees, have a strong operating space, and agreed to implement them.
