Shanghai Tramy Food Co., Ltd. has successfully passed the evaluation of Shanghai technology-based SMEs, and won the project of "2022 Shanghai technology-based SME Technology Innovation Fund Plan" by virtue of the project "Application Research and Manufacturing Process of a kind of environment-friendly reprocessed high dietary fiber meat", and won the first achievement of the project team, becoming a key project.

The team of the Technical Center combed and studied the existing R&D projects and achievements of Tramy  Food. Through various evaluations and comparisons, the team focused on the scientific and technological innovation project "application research and manufacturing process of a kind of environmentally-friendly and reprocessed high dietary fiber meat", and reorganized the project technical data and submitted the application data. On September 29, we received the notice of project approval for the application project and successfully obtained the supporting subsidy for key scientific and technological projects from the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the District Science and Technology Commission.
