In August 2022, four Yunnan Dulong migrant workers joined Tramy. The Dulong nationality is one of the 28 ethnic groups with a small population in China. In October 1950, the PLA crossed the Gaoligong Mountain and entered the Dulong River Valley. Since then, the Dulong nationality has stepped from the primitive society to the socialist society.

The average age of the four Dulong employees who joined Tramy is only 20.6 years old, and they all graduated from junior high school. In order to give them peace of mind, Tramy Company, in view of the characteristics of Dulong employees such as young age, low education background and little employment experience, on the one hand, takes care of their life, carries out regular care and condolences, and accordingly arranges and sets up their learning and improvement plans to encourage them to learn again and again, adapt to their jobs as soon as possible, and integrate into the life of big cities.

Di Songfang, a Dulong girl, joined Tramy in August this year and is now working in the back of the steamed stuffed bun workshop. She didn't adapt when she first came here, but now she is gradually adapting. Di Songfang came from Dulongjiang Township, Gongshan County, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. She was accompanied by three Dulong youths. When Nujiang Prefecture cadres sent the information about working in Shanghai to the WeChat group, she did not hesitate. After coming to Tramy, she not only improved her income, but also learned technology. She thanked the group for its help, and hoped that after she saved enough money and experience, she would bring Tramy's technology back to her hometown for entrepreneurship, Benefiting the water and soil of one side.

At present, in addition to the Dulong, there are also Bai and Yi ethnic minority employees working in Tramy Group. Like Di Songfang, most of them were engaged in the following processes, such as packaging, sorting and handling. As employees gradually adapt, the Group will also train them to engage in the previous process with higher technical content, such as pastry. Zheng Weide, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tramy Group, said: "On the one hand, we hope that they can become technical backbones; on the other hand, we hope that a group of managers can grow among them, which is more conducive to their future development."
