Looking back, during our study, the lectures of the leaders and lecturers injected fresh water into our thoughts, brought me spiritual enlightenment, emotional edification, and spiritual enjoyment, and made me fully enjoy a high-quality cultural meal. I felt the excitement of the company's new trends and concepts. The leaders presented vivid cases, rich knowledge, and exquisite theoretical explanations, "It has given me a strong infection and profound theoretical guidance. Every day, I can feel the impact of ideological sparks, receive ideological baptism, and benefit greatly.".

Through this training, I have gained a lot, felt deeply, broadened my horizons, and been able to think at a higher level; The confusion in our hearts, difficulties in our work, and successful experiences are all topics that we enthusiastically exchange. It has given me a new understanding, constantly improving myself, absorbing more experience from others, and promoting self growth.

As a service industry, various tasks appear to be very trivial but closely related to the final results. The meticulous and thoughtful explanations by the leaders and lecturers have given me a deeper understanding of various standardized and efficient operations, greatly improving my work skills. For example, Director Lin Jing of the Second Department explained the customer complaint handling principles and service steps of customer service, which enabled me to better face possible accidents in the future; Learning to handle unexpected problems and after-sales service has improved my work standards and skills, which have greatly benefited me. I will flexibly apply the knowledge I have learned in my future work. I will strive to serve every customer well and strive for more repeat customers.

The ancients said, "Reviewing the old and learning the new". Although we have learned a lot in this study before, we still benefit greatly from learning again. Among them, topics such as product category display and product series introduction have made me more aware of the care and responsibility required to be a supermarket.

"If we lose careful consideration in our work, we cannot capture customers' purchasing desires and shopping trends well in layout and display, and huge magnet spots cannot achieve the desired effect and lose their due value."; In addition, the display of shelves requires us to understand how to attract and retain customers' attention and footsteps through excellent display, thereby creating greater value and benefits.

The course on store purchase, sales, and inventory management has also greatly benefited me, allowing me to further understand that to achieve high gross profit, it is not simply about being able to sell goods. How to control purchase, how to reasonably manage inventory, and how to effectively sell based on inventory are all closely related. The knowledge in this field is extensive and profound. I will continue to learn and improve various business capabilities, manage stores reasonably and efficiently, maximize the sales of each store, and create greater value for the company under the leadership of Director Lin Jing of our second department!

There are too many insights about this training. In short, this training and learning has not only had an important impact on work, but also on future life. Many of the insights cannot be expressed in simple language, and can only be used in future learning, work, and life.
