In 2023, the Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Office, together with various committees and bureaus, organized and recognized a number of municipal level digital literacy and skills training bases for the entire population within the scope of Shanghai.

Shanghai Tramy Agricultural Science and Technology has been actively practicing the transformation and development of digital agriculture for many years, applying the new generation of information technology such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, Big data to all aspects of agricultural production, operation and management, and creating a digital agriculture application display scene featuring 5G digital rice planting, factory planting of potted chicken hair vegetables, and mechanized production of green leaf vegetables in the whole process.

The Shanghai Pudong New Area "Citizen Digital Literacy and Skills Demonstration and Creation Base" applied for this time has been approved by the Cybersecurity and Information Technology Committee of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee of the Communist Party of China. It has successfully been recognized as the "Citizen Digital Literacy and Skills Demonstration and Creation Base" in Pudong New Area and participated in the award and licensing ceremony on May 11, 2023.
