Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a decision on awarding the title of "Shanghai Harmonious Labor Relations Standard Enterprise" to the four departments of Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security. After multiple rounds of deliberation and review, Tramy Group was awarded the honorary title of "Shanghai Harmonious Labor Relations Standard Enterprise" jointly by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Shanghai Enterprise Federation/Shanghai Entrepreneur Association, and Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Building harmonious labor relations is an important foundation for building a socialist harmonious society. Conducting the selection of qualified enterprises is one of the key measures for Shanghai to promote the creation of harmonious labor relations. This title aims to recognize units that have demonstrated outstanding performance and leadership roles in the creation of harmonious labor relations. The creation indicators consist of six parts: normative indicators, constructive indicators, developmental indicators, receptive indicators, score reduction indicators, and one vote veto indicators. The enterprise relationship is evaluated using a scoring system.
