To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 28th, under the guidance of the Party Committee of the Group and hosted by the Tramy Youth League Branch, the Tramy Family, Together Innovating Life - Group Multiethnic Speech Competition was officially held. Leaders including Fang Yilei, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Xuanqiao Town, Shen Huming, Vice Chairman of Tramy Group, Zheng Weide, Secretary of the Party Committee of  Tramy Group, and Wang Jiafei, Secretary of the Youth League Branch of Tramy Group, attended the competition.

The purpose of this competition is to enhance the recognition of Tramy multi-ethnic employees to the great motherland, the Chinese nation, Chinese culture, the CPC and socialism with Chinese characteristics, further enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the group's ethnic employees, encourage them to constantly improve themselves in the trend of ethnic integration, and achieve self achievement in the development of the group's livelihood food industry. A total of 12 contestants from the Hani, Dulong, Yi, Tujia, Zhuang, Lisu, Miao, and Han ethnic groups participated in the competition, covering multiple job positions such as production line, grassroots management, logistics and distribution in the group.

At the competition site, the contestants were in a confident and full state. With full enthusiasm, resounding language, and their own experiences, they vividly told touching stories of struggle. Or reminiscing about their childhood in their hometown, sharing their personal struggles after joining the group, or empathizing with the collective achievements of Tramy's 26 years of leapfrog development, everyone showcases the "real-life struggles" through "stories around them", showcasing the responsibilities of Tramy's employees from various ethnic groups in the group's leapfrog development from multiple perspectives. The visuals are vivid and touching, and the speeches come from the heart. The tension and awkwardness that some minority employees unintentionally show also add more lively atmosphere to the competition, deeply moving the judges and audience present. Everyone is focused, emotionally high, and the scene continues to sound waves of applause.

On site, professional judges focus on assessing contestants in terms of content depth, language expression, speech skills, and audience interaction, and give fair and just ratings to each contestant. After intense competition, the winners of the first, second, and third prizes were announced one by one.

Fang Yilei, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Xuanqiao Town, gave an important speech. Secretary Fang expressed his gratitude to the outstanding performance of the contestants present. Everyone's speech was vivid and interesting, and the story was true and moving, showcasing the beautiful culture and spirit from multiple perspectives. Secretary Fang praised the work of Tramy Youth and Ethnic Minorities, encouraged the multi-ethnic employees of Tramy Group, followed the leapfrog development of the group, and contributed all the wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of Tramy, the construction of beautiful bridges, and the pilot projects in the leading area with full enthusiasm and persistent passion, achieving self achievement in the tide of common prosperity.

The successful holding of the Tramy Family Innovation Life Speech Competition is another new achievement in the work of Tramy ethnic minorities. Currently, theme activities such as Tramy ethnic minority tours in Shanghai and Tramy ethnic minority exchange forums have been gradually improved after years of practical operation.
