On June 6th, Yangjing Street in Pudong New Area signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tramy Group.

Yangjing Street is located in the northwest of Pudong New Area, close to the Huangpu River to the north, with an area of 7.38 square kilometers. Yangjing has a long history of over 700 years, and the "Yangjing Beach" commonly referred to by Shanghai people comes from here. By the end of October 2018, Yangjing Street had a total registered residence population of 111400.

In recent years, Yangjing Street has been built as a boutique urban area, fully benchmarking the construction of 15 minute community living areas, and comprehensively improving the convenience of people, medical treatment, education, and other aspects. In the early stage, Yangjing Street conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the needs of community residents, and found that community canteens, fresh supermarkets, and bakeries ranked among the top three in demand, and planned to introduce mature commercial formats.

In multiple evaluations, Tramy Group received the highest rating and was unanimously recognized by residents of Yangjing Street due to its standardized enterprise management and advantages in the entire industry chain and logistics chain. After signing the contract,Tramy Group will fully participate in the construction of the 15 minute community living area in Yangjing Street, using the group's existing mature business models to help build the Jinglinhui neighborhood center in Yangjing Street. It is expected to officially serve the community in the fourth quarter of this year, contributing Tramy's strength to high-quality community services for Yangjing residents.
