On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, the 6th National New Area Economic Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition related observation and exchange activities were held at Tramy Group. During the communication session, representatives of outstanding team leaders from Tramy and participating companies shared their gains in role recognition, technology integration, and cross domain communication based on their own participation experiences. The 6th National New Area Economic Development Zone High tech Zone Team Leader Management Skills Competition has come to a successful end, and the Tramy team has once again achieved excellent results: after Tianxin Wang Feifei won the national second prize last year, 66 contestants this year went through layers of selection, and finally Jiang Xiaoyun from the Environmental Safety Department won the national first prize, Zhu Fulin from the Equipment Department, Wang Shoumin from Tianxin, and Zhang Haojie from Tianzhi won the national excellent award, and the Tramy representative team won the national team second prize, fully demonstrating the new era style of Tramy craftsmen.
