On June 17, 2026, a public welfare activity supported by resource allocation from the Shanghai Women’s Federation was successfully hosted on the 17th floor of Tramy Women’s Home. Centered on the theme Shanghai-style Pediatric Massage: Boosting the Healthy Growth of Children, the activity invited Yang Bai, attending physician of Acupuncture, Massage and Traumatology Department at the Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University and expert from Changning District Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage Association of Shanghai, to deliver a special popular science lecture on children’s healthcare, drawing active participation and on-site learning from numerous female employees of Tramy.

During the session, Dr. Yang elaborated on core theories of daily health maintenance for children. Targeting prevalent parenting concerns including children’s spleen-stomach conditioning, seasonal health preservation, food stagnation regulation, cough relief and restless sleep, he interpreted TCM-based parenting health principles in an easy-to-grasp manner. Systematic practical parenting knowledge covering household dietary conditioning, daily routine management and routine health protection was shared with substantial practical information. For detailed lecture contents, please refer to Page 4 of the current issue of Tramy People.

Following the theoretical sharing, Dr. Yang delivered hands-on training with infant teaching models. He demonstrated standard massage acupoints, appropriate pressing force and standardized techniques step by step, as well as the complete workflow of household pediatric massage. The demonstration was intuitive and highly instructive. Female attendees recorded key operational points with mobile phones, observed the demonstration closely and raised questions actively regarding childcare issues, creating an interactive and immersive learning atmosphere.

This enterprise-focused public welfare activity delivered by the Shanghai Women’s Federation has brought professional and high-quality TCM childcare services directly to female staff at the workplace, effectively addressing their lack of professional knowledge in child healthcare. Going forward, the Women’s Federation of Tramy will keep leveraging high-quality federation resources to launch regular diversified and heart-warming public welfare services. It will precisely match the practical family needs of female employees, deliver thoughtful care services for women workers, consolidate the service platform for female staff within Tramy and convey the corporate warmth of Tramy.
