Honouring 50 Years of CPC Membership, Passing the Torch Among Tramy Staff

——The Party Committee of Tramy Group Held a Themed Activity for July 1

A commemorative medal embodies five decades of glory. It tells a story of “family”, passed down from generation to generation.

On July 1, marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Tramy Group hosted a themed celebration for July 1. Two senior Party members with 50 years of Party standing were awarded the Memorial Medal for 50-year Party Membership. The event also rolled out plans for upcoming priorities around the “Trilogy of the Family”. Outstanding Party member representatives, Party admission applicants and ethnic minority employee representatives gathered to witness this solemn ceremony.

I. Original Aspiration and Glory Embodied in the Medal

Issued uniformly by the CPC Central Committee, the Memorial Medal for 50-year Party Membership is adorned with the Party emblem, five-pointed stars, the Party flag, monuments, sunflowers, glory blossoms and radiating rays. The seven Chinese characters “光荣在党50年” on the ribbon shine brightly, symbolizing staying true to the original aspiration, fulfilling the mission, inheriting the legacy, and preserving the political vitality of Communists.

At the event, leaders of the Group’s Party Committee solemnly presented the medal to senior Party member Zhou Bocheng. Having joined the Party in 1976, he received the medal with both hands, tears shimmering in his eyes. “Fifty years on, I have always kept the Party admission oath firmly in my heart.” From the planned economy to the market economy, from a small manual workshop to a billion-yuan enterprise group, Comrade Zhou Bocheng has witnessed the country’s development and growth with his youth and hard work. He also experienced Tramy’s transformation, starting from merely 20 kilograms of soybeans to become a leading enterprise with a full industrial chain. This medal conveys the sincere care of the CPC Central Committee for senior Party members, and is a lofty tribute to their half-century of loyal dedication.

Unwavering loyalty to the Party for half a century; carrying forward the legacy as a new generation writes new chapters.

II. A Fresh Start with the “Trilogy of the Family”

Following the medal-awarding ceremony, the Group Party Committee arranged recent Party-building work revolving around the “Trilogy of the Family”, bringing the warmth of the “family” concept into every link of the industrial chain.

· Tramy Family Letters – Establish Norms and Aspirations Taking the Code of Civilized Conduct for Tramy Staff as the carrier, it translates core socialist values into daily codes of conduct, making civilized literacy operable, benchmarkable and practicable.

· Tramy Family Heritage – Trace Roots and Forge the Soul It uncovers authentic stories of three generations of the same family taking root in Tramy and serving the nation through industry, passing down the pragmatic and craftsman spirit behind the journey “from 20 kilograms of soybeans to a billion-yuan enterprise”.

· Tramy Family Members – Build Cohesion and Empathy Focusing on its 280-plus ethnic minority employees from 25 ethnic groups across the Group, it will carry out brand activities under the theme “One Big Family at Tramy”, AI skills training, multi-ethnic speech contests and more. These initiatives boost exchanges, interactions and integration among all ethnic groups, enabling every employee to gain a sense of belonging and growth at Tramy.

III. From “50 Years” to “A Lifetime”

From one commemorative medal to the narrative of the “family”, formats evolve, yet Tramy people’s loyalty to the Party, passion for the cause and commitment to guarding this “family” remain unchanged.
