On August 27, 2020, the whole mechanized harvesting exhibition of Chinese little green of Tramy group was officially held in zhangjiaqiao base of Tramy. Shen caibiao, deputy director of agricultural machinery promotion in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, and other leaders attended the exhibition.

The whole process of mechanized production of green leafy vegetables includes a series of mechanized operations, such as land preparation, border planting, sowing, transplanting and planting, water and fertilizer management, to harvesting with green leaf vegetable harvester, and then transporting to the pre cooling warehouse and packaging workshop, and finally realizing the whole process of mechanized operation. Mechanization is expected to achieve a single machine harvest of 10 mu a day, a 300 mu horticultural farm only needs 8 people, and the labor productivity of a single person is 25 times that of the traditional industrial model. Under the traditional vegetable harvesting mode, 1 mu of land usually requires 5-6 people to harvest for a whole day. With the machine operation, the same amount of harvest can be completed in one hour.

This time, the mechanized harvesting was mainly displayed, and the mechanization degree of Tramy in chinese little green planting was demonstrated. At the meeting, the monitoring system, agricultural information collection system and other related technologies of Tramy zhangjiaqiao base were also displayed. The visiting leaders highly appreciated the mechanization degree of the base and the accuracy of agricultural information.
